Remembering the brave

its been 4 years. 4 years since the beginning of the end. when that jackass drove planes into the towers, he was asking for it. now, 4 years on, iraq and afganistan are in turmoil. US is suffering with sky high oil prices. when oil rises, just about everything rises. (in case my blog readers are stupid... oil is used in plastics and rubber, in which clothes, cars, electricity, computers and so on will my more expensive) So what can we do? with oil prices set to reach $100 US within next june, it will never come down (unless we find oil in the moon or mars, even then the transportation will cost billions)

So with the sombre mood, i begin my blog en proper.

Last friday, my grand uncle passed on. he's a good guy.. he was working with the malaysian CID (police). he lived in malacca. actually, his wife was in K.L attending her relative's wedding, but then he stayed back, and while at work, he had a heart attack which was fatal. so my poor grand aunt must come down all the way. i felt sad. My mother was real close to them i guess.. both of my parents went there the next morning cos it was already too late.

On Saturday, i was at home, feeding myself. i skipped breakfast, and had a late late lunch at 3.30pm. i guess i was lazy to go down and buy food. hahah..

nothing really exciting happened la.. the whole damn weekend i stayed at home cos guess wat? i'm starting to save!! then when my bank acct got many many money, i can buy alot of stuffs!
whahahhah!!

i've finally bought a packet of ribena today. after so long. i dunno.. i feel its very sugary but they claim to be high in vitamin C. but hey i forgot. i tried this recipe last thursday.

You Need:

ALOT of champagne grapes (those tiny tiny grapes which taste like champagne when u eat alot of them at the same time. )

about 4 to 6 blueberries.

any other fruits.. raspberry, etc..

i used only this two and i think i squeezed some lemon into it ( i'm a lemonmaniac)
and pls remember to strain it.. cos the skin of the grapes WILL stick to your throat and be very irritating. i didn't strain it !! but it was suprisingly nice. i want to buy a ice blender. then can make smoothie! whooohoo!

kk.. incase u all dunno where to get those exotic fruits, so far i know woodlands civic centre's NTUC has these things. last time they got raspberries but last week they didn't have it there.


hmm.. thats all i got. i feel real bored.

PS. NAT!! cool down la! later u get high blood pressure.. those ppl who torment you will face the consequences. don't worry! take a break. enjoy.
